How It Works

If you find a diamond somewhere else that’s identical to the one you’re purchasing from Nova Born, here’s how to request a price match:

1. Make sure the diamond matches ours in all key specs:

  • Carat
  • Cut
  • Color
  • Clarity
  • Shape

2. The diamond must be:

  • Available for purchase from a public U.S. retail website (no marketplaces, auctions, or private sellers)
  • A loose diamond—not part of a ring or finished jewelry piece

3. Email us before you complete your order with:

  • The link to the competitor’s diamond listing
  • Any helpful screenshots or documentation

4. Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days.

What’s Not Eligible

  • Diamonds that differ in specs, even slightly
  • Items from non-U.S. retailers or private sellers (like Etsy or eBay)
  • Custom or finished jewelry pieces (as designs, metals, and craftsmanship vary)
  • Listings that are expired, unclear, or missing certification
