That’s why we offer a hassle-free, 30-day return policy to ensure you're completely happy with your purchase. What’s Included

We provide complimentary returns on eligible U.S. orders, including free return shipping via FedEx. This means no hidden fees or extra charges—just peace of mind as you shop.

How It Works

To start a return, simply reach out to our customer care team within 30 days of your original ship date. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid FedEx return label. You’ll need to ship the item back within 7 days of receiving that label.

Return Eligibility

To ensure a smooth process, please make sure your item meets the following requirements:

  • Must be returned in original, unworn condition
  • Includes all original documents, such as your diamond certificate (Note: a $100 fee applies if the certificate is missing)
  • Not been altered, resized, engraved, or modified by a third-party jeweler

If the item shows signs of wear or damage, or if it’s returned without prior authorization, we reserve the right to decline the return.

Refund Details

  • Most approved returns are refunded to your original payment method
  • Special orders or custom pieces may be eligible for store credit only, depending on the original purchase agreement
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your return to be processed after we receive your item
